Exclusive Loyalty Offer (Selected Recipients)
This exclusive loyalty offer (“Offer”) is available to selected patients who have completed their hearing aid plan and whose hearing aids are now out of warranty. The purpose of this Offer is to reward loyalty and assist eligible customers to upgrade to the latest hearing aid technology.
1. Eligibility
- The Offer is only available to existing or previous patients who have purchased hearing aids through us and whose devices are now out of warranty.
- Eligibility is determined at the discretion of our business and the Offer is only valid at selected branches and for selected patients who have been directly invited or notified at the appropriate stage of their care journey.
2. Offer Details
- Patients who upgrade with a Bi-Naural (two hearing aids) sale, to one of the specified Oticon hearing aid systems, will receive a discount, as follows:
- Save £500 on: Oticon Intent 1R, Oticon Own SI 1, Oticon Own 1
- Save £400 on: Oticon Intent 2R, Oticon Own SI 2, Oticon Own 2
- Save £300 on: Oticon Intent 3R, Oticon Own SI 3, Oticon Own 3
- Save £200 on: Oticon Intent 4R, Oticon Own SI 4, Oticon Own 4
- If only one hearing aid is required, then the above discounts apply at a 50% rate, for example £250 off Oticon Intent 1R, Oticon Own SI 1, and Oticon Own 1.
- Offer ends Thursday 31st July 2025.
3. Conditions
- The Offer is only applicable when the upgrade is to a qualifying product listed above.
- The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used as a partial payment against other products or services.
- The Offer is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the eligible patient.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
4. General
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice.
- Any decision regarding eligibility or redemption of this Offer is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This Offer is subject to availability of the qualifying products.
